The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. At the moment our orders are picked and packed in Barbados, so we can accommodate once within the guidelines of our Return Policy.
Our studio is a convenient pick-up location for your online orders. We are located upstairs at #3 Indigo Courtyard, Holetown, Saint James (directly above Heather Harrington Jones Jewellery and across from the loft Spa). If you come from the North of Barbados, you will pass Limegrove on the left-hand side and Indigo Courtyard will be on your right. If you come from the south coast of the island, you will pass Rubis gas station on your right-hand side and you will make the next left turn into Indigo Courtyard.

We give you the opportunity to try on from the comfort of your own home and return any items that don’t work for you. Our brand only offers exchanges or store credit. All returns must be in original condition, that is; unworn, unwashed and have all of the original tags and protective liners attached. SeaReinas® reserves the right to refuse a return if it is damaged, worn, or has stains including makeup. Please be careful when trying items on at home. In the rare case of a faulty item (oops!) please contact us at email@example.com and we will remedy it immediately! All refunds that are granted by SeaReinas® will be issued via the payment method on your original purchase.
Our VIP customers are registered and have access to our Specialty “Box” Service, where we handpick recommended styles based on your existing profile or for a gift. For access to this service, new customers will register through a form with their bank details on record and will receive our Specialty “Box" Service with products suited to them along with new collection pieces. Contact us to receive your form for our Specialty “Box” Service.
Yes we do! For local same day delivery please place your orders before 11am. Any orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next day. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email and delivery address to ensure accuracy for the courier. You can cancel your order once it hasn’t left our studio. However, if the order has been fulfilled and is on its way to to you, please wait until it arrives to then return it to us. The courier delivery fee is $10.00 USD.
Your order will be shipped the same, or next business day via DHL Express. During sale events and new collection launches there may be a slight delay.
All SeaReinas® orders are hand picked and packed with love from Barbados. As we are island-based, we cannot offer overnight delivery but we are proud to offer priority service on all online orders. For local orders, you can order online and pickup in store. International orders take between 2 - 5 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.
Yes we do! Depending on your location DHL Express can take between 2-5 business days to deliver.

SeaReinas® will include an invoice inside your package of the exact cost of the product you paid for as well as the shipping cost. Import duties and taxes are not included in our pricing or shipping cost.
This is a separate cost and is your responsibility. This will be collected from you by the courier. The cost of these import duties and taxes will vary depending on the average value of your product and where you are having it delivered to. If you turn away a package from SeaReinas®, you are therefore responsible for the original shipping cost and the import duties and taxes that will be charged to you for getting it back to us.
SeaReinas® accepts returns within 30 days. If you would like to return an item, SeaReinas® will offer store credit for the item(s). Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about returning your purchase. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
